Receiving your reward is so much fun, so we want to make sure that happens. If you’ve backed a campaign, login to your IFundWomen account, find the campaign you want to contact, then click the email icon on the campaign page to message the campaign creator directly.
The following are the most common reasons you may not have received your reward yet:
- The campaign owner is missing your address. No worries! Add your address here.
- The rewards aren’t supposed to be shipped yet. Check the campaign that you purchased from to see when the campaign owner said they are shipping rewards out.
If you don't get a response by directly emailing the entrepreneur, reach out via their website or social media. If all else fails, please email us and we will try to connect you.
